EASY Bubblegum Modification!
The Bubblegum is a basic pattern that is fun to modify! Here I suggest you add a ruffle to your sleeves to completely change the look of the t-shirt!
Step 1:
Remove a few inches from your sleeve. To do this, refer to the table below.

2nd step:
Cut 2 strips to make your ruffles, relying on the measurements in the table above. ATTENTION! Ruffles pictured do not have hems, but may have a rolled hem. To add another type of hem, you will simply need to plan it by cutting your strips and adding the amount of fabric that will be folded to create the hem.
Step 3: Follow the Bubblegum pattern instructions up to and including step 3.
Step 4: Gather the ruffles and adjust the length to that of the edge of the sleeves.
Step 5: Sew the ruffles to the edges of the sleeves. Topstitch (optional).
Step 6: Continue pattern instructions from step 4.
Step 7 (optional): Hemming.
And There you go! Have fun playing around with different strip lengths if you feel like it! The possibilities are endless! :)
