We process in-stock orders within 1-5 business days.
If you choose to pick up your order in store, select the option Retrieve. You will receive a detailed email when the order will be ready explaining the pick-up procedure to you. Wait for this email before going to the store and remember to check your unwanted emails.
To request that your order be held and/or combined with a previous order, please enter promo code PAIR. However, if you add the same fabric twice and wish to have it in one continuous cut, please let us know by email or via the shop's Facebook page. If you are pairing with someone other than yourself, please also let us know by email or message. Attention, promo codes cannot be combined, so you cannot enter 2 promo codes. If you forget to enter the promo code, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 handling fee.
If you place several orders to be mailed together and they total $100 before taxes, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 management fee.
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product in stock.
CANADA: We offer flat rate delivery of $12.95 for residents of Quebec and Ontario, and $15.95 for residents of other provinces. For Quebec and Ontario, delivery is FREE from $100 and more before taxes. For the rest of Canada, delivery is FREE from $200 and more before taxes. Barring exceptions, we deliver with Purolator in Quebec and Ontario, and with Canada Post elsewhere in Canada.
USA: We offer delivery at a flat rate of $25 CAD. Overpaid fees will be refunded. The taxes of douane and import are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Barring exceptions, we ship with USPS.
We are not responsible for customs fees and import duties that may apply. We do not accept returns or refunds for unclaimed packages due to lack of duty/tax payment.
