Shipping Times
We process in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Options
If you choose to pick up your order in store, select the option Pickup. You will receive a detailed email when the order is ready, explaining the pickup procedure. Please wait for this email before coming to the store, and remember to check your spam folder.
To request that your order be held and/or combined with a previous order, please enter the promo code MATCH. If you order the same fabric twice and would like it in one continuous cut, please let us know by email or via the store's Facebook page. If you are matching with someone other than yourself, please also let us know by email or message. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined, so you cannot enter 2 promo codes. If you forget to enter the promo code, we will refund your shipping fees, less a $1 handling fee.
If you place several orders to be shipped together and they total $150 before taxes, we will refund your shipping fees, less a $1 handling fee.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product in stock.
Shipping Fees
New Shipping Fee Schedule – Trial Period
We are testing a new shipping fee schedule in order to offer pricing better suited to different order totals.
This schedule is in effect until August 22, 2026. At the end of this period, we will analyse the results to determine whether it can be adopted permanently.
Our goal is to find the best balance between advantageous shipping fees for our customers and a viable formula for our small business.
The applicable shipping fees are those shown at the time your order is confirmed.
Shipping Fees in Quebec and Ontario
- Order from $0 to $99.99 : $12.95
- Order from $100.00 to $149.99 : $9.95
- $150 and up : Free shipping
Shipping Fees in the Rest of Canada
- Order from $0 to $149.99 : $12.95
- Order from $150.00 to $199.99 : $15.95
- $200 and up : Free shipping
CANADA: We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.95 for residents of Quebec and Ontario, and $15.95 for residents of the other provinces. Shipping is FREE for Quebec and Ontario orders of $150 and up before taxes. For the rest of Canada, shipping is FREE for orders of $200 and up before taxes.
To offer you the best value, we select the carrier offering the best available rate based on your parcel's destination.
We primarily ship our orders with GLS, Canada Post or UPS.
The carrier used may vary depending on your shipping address, delivery times, current rates, and other logistical considerations. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
USA: We offer flat-rate shipping of $25 CAD. Any overpaid fees will be refunded. Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Except where noted otherwise, we ship with USPS.
Import Fees
We are not responsible for customs fees and import duties that may apply. We do not accept returns or refunds for unclaimed parcels due to non-payment of duties/taxes.
