Shipping Timeframes
We process in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Options
If you choose to pick up your order in store, select the option Pickup. You will receive a detailed email when the order is ready, explaining the pickup procedure. Please wait for this email before coming to the store, and remember to check your spam folder.
To request that your order be held and/or combined with a previous order, please enter the promo code BUNDLE. If, however, you add the same fabric twice and would like it in one continuous cut, please let us know by email or via the store's Facebook page. If you are bundling with someone other than yourself, please let us know by email or message as well. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined, so you cannot enter 2 promo codes. If you forget to enter the promo code, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 processing fee.
If you place multiple orders to be shipped together and they total $150 before tax, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 processing fee.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar in-stock product.
Shipping Fees
New Shipping Fee Grid – Trial Period
We are testing a new shipping fee grid in order to offer pricing that is better suited to different order amounts.
This grid is in effect until August 31, 2026. At the end of this period, we will review the results to determine whether it can be adopted permanently.
Our goal is to strike the best balance between shipping fees that are advantageous for our customers and a model that is viable for our small business.
Applicable shipping fees are those displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Shipping Fees in Quebec and Ontario
- Order from $0 to $99.99 : $12.95
- Order from $100.00 to $149.99 : $9.95
- $150 and over : Free shipping
Shipping Fees in the Rest of Canada
- Order from $0 to $149.99 : $15.95
- Order from $150.00 to $199.99 : $12.95
- $200 and over : Free shipping
CANADA: We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.95 for residents of Quebec and Ontario, and $15.95 for residents of other provinces. For Quebec and Ontario, shipping is FREE on orders of $150 and over before tax. For the rest of Canada, shipping is FREE on orders of $200 and over before tax.
To offer you the best value for money, we choose the carrier offering the best available rate based on your package's destination.
We primarily ship our orders with GLS, Canada Post or UPS.
The carrier used may vary depending on your shipping address, delivery timeframes, current rates, and other logistical considerations. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
USA: We offer flat-rate shipping of $25 CAD. Any overpaid fees will be refunded. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Except in special cases, we ship with USPS.
Import Fees
We are not responsible for customs fees and import duties that may apply. We do not accept returns or refunds for unclaimed packages due to non-payment of duties/taxes.
