Your satisfaction is our top priority ! If your purchase does not match your order, send us a photo of the item(s) within 7 days following receipt. We will then discuss together an arrangement (refund or replacement)!
You will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs), if the returned item(s) has not been altered in any way (not washed, cut, soiled or scented). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM CUT FABRICS.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs, unless NON NON OUI is responsible for the wrong product. In this case, we will refund the return costs.
All our efforts have been made to represent our articles as faithfully as possible. However, there may be color differences due to the nature of the materials and different monitor settings. Also note that defects less than one centimeter or very close to the selvage are considered acceptable.
If you modify your order (downward) and we have to refund an amount, unless it is an error on our part, we will refund the product, less a management fee corresponding to 5% of the refunded amount.
