Stretch brushed sweatshirt fabric imported from Europe, premium quality. Stretchy (4 way stretch), ideal for making hoodies, sweatshirts, etc. The backing with the loops is rubbed/brushed, so you get a very soft and warm interior. Some also call it brushed French Terry.
