Tubular rib knit is a stretchy, flexible knit designed mainly for finishing garments. Knitted in the round, it forms a continuous tube that is easy to work into neckbands, cuffs, and waistbands.

Its cotton and elastane composition gives it good stretch and recovery for areas that need to stay snug.

What can you sew with rib knit?

• necklines;
• cuffs;
• waistbands;
• hems of sweaters;
• finishing details on jackets and joggers;
• contrasting details on adult and children’s clothing.

It pairs particularly well with jerseys and French Terry to create clean, comfortable finishes.

Care

Wash at 30 °C or below.
Do not use bleach.
Dry flat.

Sewing tip: usually cut rib knit slightly shorter than the opening to be finished so it follows the shape well without wavering.
