This quilted double gauze combines the softness and characteristic texture of double gauze with a padded layer that adds extra thickness, warmth and structure.
At 380 g/m², it has a substantial feel while remaining soft and comfortable. It is especially well suited for projects where you want a cozy, pre-quilted fabric without having to add batting yourself.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low.
Iron at low temperature.
Dry clean, except with trichloroethylene.
Sewing tip: use a universal needle suitable for medium- to heavyweight fabrics, generally size 80/12 or 90/14. Sewing clips can be helpful for holding the layers together without compressing the quilting too much.
