Machine wash at 30 °C.
Do not use bleach.
Tumble drying on low heat is permitted.
Iron at low temperature.
Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene.

Sewing tip: Use a universal needle suitable for medium- to heavyweight fabrics, generally size 80/12 or 90/14. Clips can be useful for holding the layers together without compressing the quilting too much.
