Shipping times

We process in-stock orders within 1-5 business days.

Shipping Options

If you choose to pick up your order in store, select the Pick up option. You will receive a well-detailed email when the order is ready explaining the pick-up procedure. Wait for this email before going to the store and remember to check your unwanted emails.

To request that your order be held and/or combined with a previous order, please enter promo code PAIR . However, if you add the same fabric twice and wish to have it in one continuous cut, please let us know by email or via the shop's Facebook page. If you are pairing with someone other than yourself, please also let us know by email or message. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined, so you cannot enter 2 promo codes. If you forget to enter the promo code, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 handling fee.

If you place several orders to be mailed together and they total $200 before taxes, we will refund your shipping costs, less a $1 management fee.

In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product in stock.

Shipping costs

CANADA : We offer flat rate delivery of $12 for residents of Quebec and Ontario, and $15 for residents of other provinces. For Quebec and Ontario, delivery is FREE from $200 and more before taxes. For the rest of Canada, delivery is FREE from $250 and more before taxes. Barring exceptions, we deliver with Purolator in Quebec and Ontario, and with Canada Post elsewhere in Canada.

USA : We offer flat rate shipping of $25 CAD. Overpaid fees will be refunded. Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of buyers . We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Barring exceptions, we ship with USPS.

Import fees

We are not responsible for customs fees and import duties that may apply. We do not accept returns or refunds for unclaimed packages due to lack of duty/tax payment.
